Shipping & Returns Policy


We think you'll agree that Scuba Center Temecula has the best return policy in the industry. 

  • You have 15 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your credit card.
  • Then, we give another 15 days (30 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.

Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind. 

You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.

Books, CD’s, DVD’s and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
Clearance items may not be returned.  Sorry.

Simply download a Return Merchandise form, fill out the form, package the items securely and include the RM form along with a copy of the original invoice, and send it prepaid and insured to:

In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee. No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
 

Shipping Rules   

A signature might be required for UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, at the discretion of the local UPS driver someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.

Canceled Order   

If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.

Special Order Items   

Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer, special orders are final sale and non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advance for expected delivery time

Out of Stock Items   

In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock, our customer service department will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
