The new Kraken KRL-12 compact wet lens is a lightweight, miniature wide-angle lens for compact camera housings, like the Olmypus TG and Sony RX100 series housings. The KRL-12 produces a wide 90 degree field of view (with a 24mm camera lens, 35mm equivalent)! It has an optical element which makes it superior in image quality to air lenses. Inert gas has been injected into the lens in order to minimize humidity in the air space and prevent fogging.
